Simple Wire Wrapped Stones | 1 & 1/2 hour class | $35

If you've always wanted to work with wire but didn't know where to start, this beginning class is for you! Turn a stone or large bead into a pendant by securely wrapping it with wire.  This is a great way to use those pretty stones you found at the beach or woods during the summer.

Registration Information
Please note our Class Policy: Pre-registration with payment of class fee is required.  Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other  classes.   Unless otherwise specified, classes are designed for adults ages 16 and up.

​Class Description
Students will Learn:
This class is for wire work beginners with a focus on:
  • Learning about the different wire gauges and determining the best to use with your stone.
  • Learning simple ways to wrap stones with different shapes.
  • How to use chain nose, flat nose and round nose pliers to shape the wire.
  • How to make a wrapped loop to use as a bail.
By the end of class students will have completed: One wire wrapped stone pendant.

Instructor:  Kate Linne
Class Fee:  $35, includes written instructions, craft wire and one river stone.  Students are also welcome to bring their own stone.
